Walking down the path I stopped to snap a photo. Then I walked through the dining area and up to the open air lobby area where I sat down with my iPad in hand and loaded the pictures from the previous day. It's quiet at this early hour.
The only one awake are Tensing & Sugar, the dogs on the property. The security guy was also kicking back and he very shortly after seeing me asked if I'd like to join him for some coffee. The people are so friendly here. Jerry and Gayle will probably be sleeping for a few more hours, so this is a good time to get the blog entry in before I stroll the grounds, watch the sun rise up, and then later go get the two of them so that we can have breakfast. The camera just doesn't capture the sights of these early hours. Suffice it to say, it's a great time to wake up and to sit, stroll, and listen. Like I said, it's a different side to this place, equally cool on it's own right and definitely cool.
